It's tricky :) The last few years of self-employment have taught me a lot and I try to make the following as fair and pleasant as possible. It's completely okay for me if the decision to get a tattoo changes spontaneously or someone gets cold feet. Please don't get a tattoo then, I want to give people gifts and not force them into their (un)happiness. Please be fair to me and let me know in good time so that I can give the appointment to someone else.

...are just not fair. I try to create a safe environment in which art, creativity, personal matters, culture and interpersonal relationships have space. During our time together, both parties should feel comfortable and respected. If this is not the case, please feel free to speak up. If you get cold feet/fear etc. in the short term, these are feelings that have space here and we can find a solution that we can both really live with :)

If you are unable to attend your appointment because you are facing an unpleasant situation in your life or are ill, I don't want to make that worse. The day is canceled and the economic loss will be covered by me if you subsequently reschedule the appointment. In this case, however, I would like confirmation of illness or something similar.

2 | Day Sessions
A deposit of 200 € is required for day sessions. This will of course be subtracted from the final price. Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 10 working days before the deadline. If a session is canceled and I have already started the draft, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 4 working days, including not to show up for the appointment (no-show), I will charge 50% of the session price.
Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 7 working days before the deadline. I will charge 50% of the estimated value within 4 working days and the full fee agreed for this session within 48 hours. If a design request changes and I have already started drafting the first order, you are of course welcome to do so; I will charge a flat rate of 50 € for the time already invested.
